Talk about
your one man band,
this Cd was produced, recorded by, engineered and mixed by the
artist. Not satisfied with that, Terry Lee Bolton also penned all
the songs as well as played all the instruments on the album. And if
your into Rockin' Country, Don't Let The Hat Fool Ya is definitely going to be your cup of tea.
This dude knows his stuff and
shows it off with his vocals and
guitar work. In fact, some tracks are very reminiscent of Paul
McCartney. Look for the CD at your favorite

If you’re looking for great
music with a definite attitude, you can look
no further than Terry Lee Bolton. A mixture
of country, southern
rock, blues, pop and Detroit soul, American
Man is a small glimpse
into a whole lot of talent. The music from
American Man showcases
the musical ability of Bolton as,
essentially, a great musician and a
one-man band. “I love country music. I love
country music people.
Speaking of country music, track #7 off the album
called “I Don’t
Want to Lose Ya Baby” is as hardcore country as
it gets. Bolton
shows he also knows how to write well-written
contemporary country
songs as well, like the album’s first tune “Down
The Highway.”
What is so appealing about Bolton – aside from
his always cool
shades –is that he doesn’t let himself get put in
a box musically.
He writes and sings what he feels, including
touching songs like “I
Believe In God.” He is not afraid to
express who he really is, as are
so many artists these days.
THE DAILY NEWS JOURNAL By CINDY WATTS Genre:
"Basically a lot of people describe
it as
rockabilly
meets blues," says Bolton. "I still think it's
more ZZ Top
meets Motley Crue. A lot of people in
Europe are calling
it rockabilly. I think people need
to put a label on things.
(My last) CD is listed
under
rock, blues and rockabilly
on cdbaby.com, and I
think that had a lot to do with it
selling out on that
Web site." Professional features and
endorsements:
Terry
Lee Bolton has been featured in "Guitar World,"
"Guitar Player" and "Guitar One" magazines. He is
endorsed by Rocktron Amplifiers, BC Rich Guitars,
Taye Drums, Levy
Leathers, and Sabian Cymbals. Who the music appeals to:
"I think it appeals to
everybody," says Bolton. "I know a lot of people say
that, but it's really true. I played a show at the airport,
and I had 80-year-old groupies hanging out, saying
my energy reminded them of Elvis. Then I'll have 5-
year-olds at my shows and they like me because they
say my character reminds them of Saturday morning
cartoons."

TERRY LEE BOLTON'S MUSIC VIDEOS & T.V. APPEARANCES
I grew up on Dudley in Taylor and knew your
family well. Jimmy and I were friends. The
first concert I was allowed to attend was a
Push Band show at the Taylor Community
Center. You and I have met a few times but
I don't know if you'd remember me. Anyway
it's good to see your still doing what you
love. So am I. Isn't that what you would
hope for everyone?
Rock On, Cass
I like your
music. I wish I could play rock like
that. I am also a recording artist from your
area.
Thanks Paul
Your Video for American Man is too funny.
Michelle

Hey Terry, I just thought I would say hello,
it's been a long long time. We went to high
school together. Looks like all you aspired
to
be has come to pass, Praise God. You
always were very talented. My name in
school was Gail Leads. I am married now
with 3 children. Still living in Michigan
a few miles north of Taylor. Stay well and
may you continue to be blessed.

I bought your CD at the Smyrna WalMart .

Hi...You are a true inspiration to my music!
I'm a singer/songwriter and right now
I'm
recording my first tracks! I would be
very
happy if you could hear my demo and
leave a comment when I finish and lay
it
out on numberonemusic. It would mean
a
lot to me! Keep doing what you do -
never
stop singing, you've got really
special
songs!

Hi, Terry Lee:
Just got your new CD
yesterday. Listened to it on the way
to a
gig last night. You definitely have
some
of that "Motor City Madman" blood in
your
soul! "American Man" sounds a bit (to
me,
anyway) like The Cars with a hard
rock
edge to it. No frills just pure rock
'n' roll....
the way its supposed to be!
Just finished an Eddie Bayers "Back
Tracks" profile, and have an
interview
with George Receli, from Bob Dylan's
band
next on my slate, then we'll chew the
fat.
Incidentally, nice kick and snare
work on
your CD.....do you remember the guy
that
used to be with Bob Seger when he was
breaking nationally, David Teegarden?
Also, I hear a little Don Brewer
(Grand
Funk) in there too. Conversely, you
also
could be English influenced, Bonham,
Baker?
Best,
Bob Girouard Classic Drummer Magazine
Terry, it was great to see you today. We
listened to your new CD on the way
home,
it's great! I have already emailed my
"bon
jovi" girls and told them how great
it is.
We'll have to come out when you play
sometime. Please send me an email if
anything exciting is going on. I'll
tell
everyone about your new awesome CD
and if you are hanging out downtown
and
see my main man (Jon Bon Jovi), you
call
me. Sounds like an even trade :)Take
care and thanks again for the
autographed
CD!
Jennifer
I
want to thank you for using your musical
talent to produce Christian music
that guys
can listen to!
David
Terry, It's been year's! I used to
catch your
shows with The PUSH band. My name is
Duane Scalzo, (Drummer), close
friends of
Bruce and Rick D. Anyway, caught the
photo of your kit, "Nashville
Noisemaker"
in Modern Drummer, kick ass! Glad to
see
you still kickin' it...
Keep it real, and keep on
rockin' Duane
Hi Terry, I enjoyed the show at The Music

After seeing Terry live in the
Nashville
area, I went and bought his cd.
My
favorite tracks are "A thousand
years
gone" followed by " You get
what you
deserve". I went home and got
my guitar
and was up at Midnight trying
to play
along and have caught myself
humming
some of the tracks at work. A
good work
from a honest, hard working
rocker.
Reviewer: Randy Gentry
Awesome songs and musicianship from
a great guitar player and
performer.
Whatever your favorite style of music
might be, Terry hits it right
on the head.
Great guitar work and songs highlight this
along with fantastic
production.
Definitely a force to be reckoned with.
Buy it and be 100%
entertained.I
guarantee you will hear a lot more from
him on a very wide
scale... Rock on!!!!
Hello Terry,
Man you've become a
great musician! I always knew you were
an
awesome drummer
but your guitar
& bass playing sounds great too! I was
listening to
your cd online,
sounds great.
I am going to order it right now.
Walmart.com has it
available for order.
God Bless ya! Sincerely, Marty Jones Hey
Terry. Just went to Wal* Mart over
the weekend and picked up
your CD.
Really awesome stuff!!! I
have always
been a rock/blues fan and
have always
enjoyed playing that
style the most
because I feel you can do
so much with
it, from a solo point of
view as well as
just keeping the rhythm
hot and powerful.
Great job, man. Keep up
the great work.
Rock on Randy
We read that you've
performed for the
troops from a Google
alert about the
USO...That is so great.
Best Wishes, Gloria
Thanks Terry! I did not
get the CD yet, I
ordered it through
Walmart.com with the
standard shipping. When I
get it I will
leave a review but I can
tell you already
that we all like "Down
The Highway" right
away. Can't wait to jam
that CD!
Take care & God Bless! Marty

Hello! My
husband and I recently
attended your "Birthday Bash"
and we
were really impressed! We didn't really
know what to
expect but were pleasantly
surprised by how well you all sounded.
The best part for both of us was when you
and the drummer changed
spots and
you played a drum solo in the middle of
the song!
We had no idea that was going
to happen. You are an extremely
talented
musician! We went the next day and
bought your CD,
you can now add us to
your fan base! Thank you for the wonderful
new experiance! Keep up the good work!
